Here’s what you need to know about our real estate market right now.
With interest rates still hovering around 3%, we’re in a great seller’s market here in South Jersey. We have very little inventory and tons of demand. Our average days on market for homes listed in June was just seven and our average home list-to-sale price ratio was 102%. In the next few months, we think that prices will either remain flat and strong or continue to rise.
