Today, I’m excited to show you a tour of one of the two recently completed homes in JPOrleans Medford Run, a beautiful carriage-home community comprising just 30 homes, with 16 already sold. Watch the video above for the full tour.
The first unit I’ll be showing is the Lexington model, which is an end unit that offers around 2800 square feet of space. The standout feature is its open-concept design, seamlessly integrating the living, dining, and kitchen areas with numerous premium upgrades. On this level, you’ll also find a dedicated office space before we head upstairs.
The other unit I’ll be showing is the Cambridge model. It has a front entry layout compared to the side entry of the previous unit. On the main floor, you’ll find a study, providing a different layout perspective. Stepping into the living space, you’ll find yet another open layout, complete with an upgraded fireplace. The spacious kitchen features a large center island, perfect for gathering and entertaining. The dining area is also conveniently located nearby. This model offers around 2700 square feet of space, while the previous one boasts approximately 2800 square feet.
One notable aspect of this community is the diversity of basement options. Our featured Lexington end unit falls into the latter category, but it compensates with additional windows and a bonus living space upstairs, complemented by three bedrooms, including a primary suite with an ensuite bath.
